Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lemon Three (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or contact us through it. We keep it short on purpose: we collect very little, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, website, what you need, an approximate budget, and your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running reliably. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask to receive them, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this site and deliver your messages, such as our hosting provider (Vercel) and our transactional email provider. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
International transfers
Lemon Three is based in Spain and serves clients in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other locations where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any right, email us at hola@lemonthree.es.
Cookies
This site uses only the technical cookies and browser storage strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
